How fast do orders ship?
Despite management, cases leave within 1 to 2 business days. Free freight on orders over $450.
Do you ship pallets?
Yes. Orders of 40+ cases ship palletized via LTL freight. You get a delivery window and liftgate options at checkout.
Returns & damages
What if a case arrives crushed?
Snap a photo within 7 days and the case gets replaced, no questions. Crushed inventory is a tragedy Toki takes personally.
Can I return slow-moving stock?
Unopened cases can come back within 30 days for store credit. Freight back to the tree is on you. Toki suggests a markdown instead.

Yes. No minimums to join, no fees, just a quick application so we know you're a real shop. Apply here. It takes about a minute.
What do I need to apply?
A tax ID / EIN and your business details. A resale certificate speeds up approval. Most applications clear within 1 business day.
